About Adrian Murphy



Biography
Adrian Murphy is the creator of the  Modern Irish Dance Education Syllabus which he established in 1999.  It offers dancers the opportunity to break out from the boundaries of traditional Irish Dance, presenting the dance world with a new and exciting performance style of Irish Dance.

At the age of 34, Adrian has danced, taught, and choreographed Irish dance shows, holiday programs, dance classes and delivered workshops and master-classes throughout Ireland, Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.   

Adrian has made regular appearances on UK, Australian and American networks (‘The Good Morning Show’,  ‘6pm news’, ‘Nightline’, ‘What Now’, and ‘Trading Places’ to name but a few). 

Adrian has also entertained audiences at the  Miss World Pageant, The Americas Cup Village, the Annual Celebration of Performing Arts at the Aotea and theatres internationally.
